Factory usage and billing

Three independent rolling windows: 5 hours, 7 days and 30 days. Quantities are unpublished; requests require headroom in all three. Plus offers approximately 5x and Max 10x Pro usage, with no fixed request or token conversion. Teams has Pro limits per seat.

  • Standard Usage is consumed first, including model usage and Droid Computers compute; Standard does not roll over.
  • Droid Core is a free open-weight model pool with separate limits, available after Standard is exhausted; it is not unlimited usage.
  • Extra Usage is prepaid USD credit with a $10 minimum, no expiration and rollover. The toggle persists until disabled or exhausted; automatic top-up is unconfirmed.
  • The current request finishes at a limit; subsequent requests are rate-limited. Wait for recovery or use /limits to switch to Core/Extra. Missions share the limits, require Extra enabled, and pause at a limit.
  • Custom BYOK models work in CLI/App with local keys, not Factory-hosted web/mobile surfaces. Individual plans include an unpublished free allowance; subsequent usage is charged by plan, separately from provider charges.
