The data publicly displayed on the website and the public page-level data files are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0):
- Data publicly displayed on site pages (brands, plans, price changes, monthly reports, etc.)
- Public page-level data files (e.g. changelog.json, price-changes.xml and other public data snapshots published with the site)
This means: you may quote and republish this data for non-commercial purposes with attribution to CreditsPlan (creditsplan.com); you may not use the data commercially, and you may not distribute modified versions.
3. Full structured dataset and Developer API
The full structured dataset (e.g. whole-database plans / price-history exports) is not distributed through public channels. Data accessed via the Developer API is governed by the Developer API / Commercial Data License — see the Developer API page. Commercial use (in commercial products, services or internal business analytics) requires a separate CreditsPlan license.
4. Third-party content
AI platform names and brand assets (logos/favicons) shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are displayed for identification purposes only; pricing facts are collected from each platform's public pages.
