How plans are ranked
- Individual plans whose monthly quota covers your usage come first, sorted by cost per 1k calls (ascending); team/enterprise/per-seat/custom plans are excluded;
- Plans whose quota may fall short come next, also sorted by cost per 1k calls;
- Plans with undisclosed quotas are ranked by monthly price; plans without labeled models are kept but demoted;
- Weekly quotas are converted at ×4.3; 5-hour-window quotas assume one window per day (conservative); quarterly/annual prices are normalized per month taking the lowest; CNY plans are converted to USD at a fixed rate for ranking.
