Email subscription privacy notice

Updated September 20, 2026. This notice applies to CreditsPlan email signup surfaces.

Why we process an email address

Only after you submit a signup form is your email used for the international AI tool price, quota and offer updates you selected. Visiting a page does not add you to a mailing list, and we do not subscribe you to another market or language by default.

Subscription data processing

CreditsPlan’s email subscription system processes signup forms, double opt-in, subscription status and unsubscribe requests. In addition to an email address, the system may process necessary technical information such as IP, browser, device, logs or cookies to protect signup security and deliver email.

Confirmation, unsubscribe and deletion

A new signup reaches the relevant status only after the configured double opt-in flow. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. To ask about or request deletion of related subscription information, email feedback@creditsplan.com.

What CreditsPlan does not do

The static CreditsPlan site does not copy email addresses into public data, browser localStorage, site analytics or a self-hosted subscriber database, and no email-service management key is used in the frontend. Actual retention and deletion follow subscription status, account settings and applicable requirements.
