Costs and credit rules
Free software does not include paid-model inference. Seats, inference and cloud compute are billed separately. Do not add inference already paid with credits again. BYOK provider invoices are separate from platform charges.
This tier includes no model credits, only seats and management capabilities.
Seat credits are issued per billing cycle and do not roll over; top-up options follow the Cloud checkout page.
Design Plan credits are consumed first. On Plus/Pro/Max, further usage draws on plan-model credits. Go has no plan-model credits and waits for the window reset. Requests stop when credits run out unless auto-recharge is enabled.
- Teams are billed per seat with a minimum of 3 seats; per-seat model credits are granted per billing cycle and their composition is not officially detailed (unverified).
- Seat credits do not roll over and are not cash; requests stop when credits run out unless auto-recharge is enabled. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades require support.
- BYOK is billed by the chosen provider and consumes no OpenDesign credits; team yearly billing only has a first-year per-seat price, with renewal unpublished.
