The $100 covers everything you use: LLM — model inference billed at the provider's public API list price; Service fee — a flat 40% on LLM usage (no fee on compute); Compute — Cosmos compute time billed at $0.19/hour (5-minute granularity). Unused included usage does not roll over. If you use more than your included $100, you can top up as you go — pay only for what you use; top-up credits are valid for 12 months.
